Our 5 Bedroom townhouse is situated a short walk from the heart of Leamington Spa. The house has a kitchen diner, separate lounge, 5 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms and an en-suite to Bedroom 1. We can comfortably sleep 6 separate adults, or 9 adults if 3 are couples. The house is complete with full Kitchen pack, Luxury soft linen, and Superfast Wifi. We also have Netflix/Virgin TV, and a lockbox for self check-in anytime. Central Leamington Train station is around 5-10 mins walk. Free Parking nearby.

The Space has been specially designed for your comfort, with a social kitchen diner to the rear of the property. The separate Lounge is cosy, suitable for 6 adults to sit and un-wind. All of the bedrooms are a great size, with either a double bed or full single.

Lockbox at the property allows you to have an uninterrupted stay. We will be available by email 24/7, with a number for emergencies.

A quiet residential street, only a few minutes from the centre of town.

10 minutes walk and you will be in the heart of pedestrian Royal Leamington Spa, including Jephson Gardens and the Royal Pump Rooms. My favourite Cafe is Procaffeinate, around 8 mins walk away.
