Once you book, we will send you all the information you need. You can enter the property on your arrival date anytime after 3pm, and access is via lockbox, which is situated at the front door.

We will send you the lockbox code 24 hours before your check-in date, around 4pm the day before.

You will access the property via the front door, at the front of the building.

Before, during, or after your stay, you are welcome to message us at any time. We will do our best to respond within 10 minutes if a working day, or within an hour if evening or weekend.

All of our properties are setup and ready to go, with full linen, fully stocked kitchens, Wifi and TV.

We have a core team of 8 people in the office, and then over 20 teams each that look after our beautiful properties all across the UK.
