Once you book, we will send you all the information you need. You can enter the property on your arrival date anytime after 3pm, and access is via lockbox, which is situated at the front door.

Please note that this is a smart, self-check-in hotel with no onsite reception. All the details you need—check-in instructions, access codes, and important info—will be sent via message, so please check your inbox before arrival. For anything you need, please message the PureStay Team directly.

There is a pub on site, but they’re separate from us and won’t be able to help with accommodation questions.

Before, during, or after your stay, you are welcome to message us at any time. We will do our best to respond within 10 minutes if a working day, or within an hour if evening or weekend.
